We try to ensure the products listed on our site are always in stock so we can ship them the same or next business day. In the rare circumstance where a product is not in stock, we will let you know when it will be available to ship on the product page as well as email you if the order was already placed.

3. Since the item is shipped from USA, is there any special voltage requirement for the electronic product?

Electrical products which we ship from USA have voltage standard of 110v-120v and in India it is 220v-240v. So these products may come with a standard US voltage, depending on the product and manufacturer. The buyer is advised to check the voltage of the product prior to use and If product is 110v-120v then you must purchase voltage converter for it to work with 220v-240v Indian voltage. If any electrical product gets damaged or is not working as it should with the converter then MyBeautyBazaar is not responsible for the damage.

We will try to source the item for you in USA at best price and make it available on the website for purchase. We always welcome additional suggestions of products and brands you would like us to carry.

5. What is difference in the items available locally and the one available from USA?

Around 98% of the products sold in US are manufactured within US by very high standards and the rest are manufacturer in the facilities that are US FDA approved. Most of the items available locally are manufactured in Asian countries which lack the quality and efficiency and are not manufactured as per standards compared to those available from USA.

6. Can we order an item that is not available for sale on

Please contact us through email or call our customer service team concerning this issue. If we are able to locate the item in US and are legally allowed to sell in India, we will than upload it on and you can place order for the required item.

7. Why I am not being able to select different shipping address than the billing address ?

Currently we do ship to different address if your order amount is higher than 8000 INR. You will need to select billing and shipping address as same if your order total is above 8000 INR.

2. Why I am not being asked for verification code when paying through debit/credit card?

As we are an International retailer we do not need the verification code for payment processing. Rest assure that the payment is processed over an secured server and your information is guaranteed safe.

3. Will I be charged any foreign transaction fee?

When paying through debit/credit card the amount charged will be the same as shown at the checkout page. No foreign transaction fee is charged. Bank statement will show charge under the name of Vraj Vihar LLC USA.

Note: While paying through PayPal amount will be charged in equivalent USD currency and foreign transaction fees may apply.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Why does it take longer than usual for items to be delivered?

The products we offer on MY BEAUTY BAZAAR are imported from UNITED STATES which as a result takes a little longer than normal to deliver in India. It takes 12 - 15 days for the product to reach you from USA to INDIA.

2. What if I do not receive my order within the time promised?

If the order is delayed due to reasons beyond our control we will offer you with a onetime coupon code of 20% OFF for your next order with us.

3. Where is the order shipped from?

We stock all the items at our USA warehouse. Once order is received, item is dispatched from our USA warehouse to the respective address.

4. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to almost all the locations that are served by India Post.

5. What courier service do you use?

We deliver most of the orders via Bluedart/DHL. If the address is not serviceable by this courier we may contact you to ask for the specific courier that you may know which deliver at your address or else ship out the order via Speed Post.

Return / Exchange

1. What if I need to return the item?

CONDITIONS WHEREIN RETURN/REPLACEMENT IS NOT QUALIFIED. - Product damaged due to improper use. - Cases where wrong selection was made by the buyer or the buyer is willing to replace the sent item with the other one. - Products will not be eligible for return which is returned without the original inner/outer box/packaging. - The return package must include all the items which were dispatched as per the order placed by the buyer. - If the product which includes beauty, health care and personal care is used/opened, it is then not eligible for return/replacement. -Product damaged while returning to us will not be eligible for refund. Its customer responsibility to pack it properly so it is not damaged in transit. If received damaged we will reship it to you again and the shipping cost will have to be paid by customer. CONDITIONS SUITED FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT. - The buyer must notify us within 24 hours after having received the item. - The products we sell are imported from USA, returning the product is subjected to a 15% restocking fee, plus the actual shipping cost/custom duties which will be deducted from amount to be refunded. -Product should be as intact as it was shipped to the buyer which includes original box/packaging with which it was dispatched. If product received is opened/tampered or damaged during return shipping additional restocking fees of up to 20% may be imposed. - One of the most important factors is that the items are imported from USA, so return is not possible in all cases. In case wherein you have received the wrong/damage item, you need to get back to us. We will exchange the item with a fresh one without any cost or will refund as per request.

2. Can I cancel my order?

The buyer must submit the cancellation request within 24 hours of ordering the item, failing in which may result in rejection of cancellation request. Also the same order will not be eligible for return after delivery with any reason. For returning such orders please follow our return policy.

4. What if I need to return an item ordered in error?

Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs - If you purchased the item in free shipping offer then 15% of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped wherein the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

5. Can I exchange an item for any other item I need?

As we are an International seller we do not offer exchange once the order is shipped. You will need to return the item as per return policy and place new order for the item required.
